Success for a professional services organization is determined solely by its employees, as no tangible product is being offered for sale.
The success of the organization's employees, in turn, is driven by both the talents they possess, and how well they apply those talents in the organization.
Professional Transitions focuses on the application of those employee talents, and how well they align with the ideal employee. By comparing the characteristics of the ideal employee (the organization's principal) to those of key employees, the organization can better predict the success of each key employee in the organization.
This is done by measuring how closely the personal characteristics of each key employee align with those of the organization's principal, who should represent the ideal.

The process includes administering seven assessments to the each of the principals and to each of the key employees in the organization.
Each assessment is then analyzed, and compiled into one summary profile for each person. The profiles of the principals are then compared to those of the key employees, to identify similarities and differences.
